No Boundaries is designed to get you from wherever you are in life to the finish line of a race ranging from 5K, 4 miles or 10K!
The next season begins January 18th as we train for the Scioto Miles 5K & 10K on March 29th. Keep reading to learn all about it!

HOW DO I START
When does training start? We get started on Saturday January 18th @ 8:00am as we gear up for the Scioto Miles Spring Race Series
How far do I need to be able to run before getting started? Zero miles! We will get you from wherever you are today to the starting line with our proven program!
When are the workouts? Workouts are on Saturday mornings, and Wednesday evenings.
WHAT DO I NEED TO GET STARTED?
Nothing except a desire to get moving!
Getting properly fit for running shoes will certainly help, but that can always wait until after the first workout.
WHAT DO I GET?
No Boundaries participant shirt.
Two structured weekly workouts on Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning. Locations and times vary. Training duration varies depending on the season.

Race day support and post-party.
Race entry is NOT included. You will need to register separately for the race.

JOIN US BEFORE THE FIRST WORKOUT AT 7:45AM FOR A BRIEF INFO SESSION!
This group will meet:
Wednesday's at 6:30 PM
Saturday mornings at 8:00 AM
$65 for the season of training. Does not included registration for goal race.
Still have questions come to the first workout and test it out for free!

We offer several 8 week sessions throughout the year as we train for the following events:
Scioto Miles 5K - starts in early February; March race
The Big Run 5K - starts in late March; June race
Emerald City Quarter - starts in early June; August race
OSU 4 Miler - starts in Mid August; October race
First on the First 5K - starts in late October; January race
