The long run of the week is held on Saturday mornings. NEW THIS YEAR, you have the option of dropping in at our Sunday morning workout with Team FrontRunner if you can't make a Saturday workout.

MIT's home base(s) is Worthington and Clintonville at Thomas Worthington and Whetstone High Schools. NEW THIS YEAR, we are offering a rotation of satellite locations at various trail heads across Central Ohio. on Saturday mornings.

We have helped over 7,000 runners and walkers reach their goal of finishing a half or full marathon. Our trained coaches have completed over 1,000 marathons and offer the support and motivation needed to help you reach your goals.
Individualized training in a group setting. Our proven program has served more than 5,500 runners and walkers. Over the past eight years, participants have given the program an average rating of 4.8 stars (out of five) and more than 90% have completed their goal race. Our program is appropriate for both first-timers and experienced veterans.
Experienced, professional head coaching. Our degreed and credentialed head coaches assess each participant's current fitness level and goals and ensure that they train at an appropriate level.
Our community is vast. We have a plethora of experience and abilities that both compete and complete the half marathon distance. Our experienced mentors offer support and motivation to athletes in 22 pace groups ranging from 7:30/mile (run) through13:00/mile (run), several run/walk groups and walking group. All follow customized beginner, intermediate, and advanced schedules.
Two weekly group workouts. Track workouts are held on Wednesday evenings and long run/walks on some of Columbus's best paths are hosted on Saturday mornings.
Fully Supported workouts. Our fully supported training workouts on Saturdays and Wednesdays are complete with water/Gatorade stops along the routes and post-workout recovery food. On site athletic trainer . Fleet Feet Sports Columbus and New Balance are proud partners with MIT.
Finding the lowest bidder isn't the way to invest in your dreams. Online programs and apps are nice, but if you really want to be successful, join a proven and successful program. You deserve it.
