The marathon. It's a defining moment in the life of anyone who has ever completed one.Now, you can train with us to be part of one of the greatest events in Columbus—The Nationwide Children's Half and Full Marathon! Not racing in Columbus? You can train with us for other half and full marathons, too.
We have helped over 5,000 runners and walkers reach their goal of finishing a half or full marathon. Our trained coaches have completed over 500 marathons and offer the support and motivation needed to help you reach your goals.
Registration for the 2016 Summer Session of MIT is now open!
Our Summer session will start June 4th and train 19 weeks for the Columbus Half and Full marathons. However, the program can be geared for any half or full marathon during the summer and late fall!

Individualized training in a group setting. Our proven program has served more than 5,500 runners and walkers. Over the past eight years, participants have given the program an average rating of 4.8 stars (out of five) and more than 90% have completed their goal race. Our program is appropriate for both first-timers and experienced veterans.
Experienced, professional head coaching. Our degreed and credentialed head coaches assess each participant's current fitness level and goals and ensure that they train at an appropriate level.
Our community is vast. We have a plethora of experience and abilities that both compete and complete the half marathon distance. Our experienced mentors offer support and motivation to athletes in 22 pace groups ranging from 7:30/mile (run) through13:00/mile (run), several run/walk groups and walking group. All follow customized beginner, intermediate, and advanced schedules.
Two weekly group workouts. Track workouts are held on Wednesday evenings and long run/walks on some of Columbus's best paths are hosted on Saturday mornings.
Fully Supported workouts. Our fully supported training workouts on Saturdays and Wednesdays are complete with water/Gatorade stops along the routes and post-workout recovery food. On site athletic trainer . Fleet Feet Sports Columbus and New Balance are proud partners with MIT.
Finding the lowest bidder isn't the way to invest in your dreams. Online programs and apps are nice, but if you really want to be successful, join a proven and successful program. You deserve it.
